These are the items that I introduced during the 2007 session of the legislature.

HB32: Delinquency petition notices to schools. This bill provides for notification to schools when violent youthful offenders are to be returned to the school. It was tabled in the House Education Committee.

HB687: San Juan County salt cedar and Russian olive removal. $170,000 was included in the general appropriations bill signed by the governor.

HB688: Health care practitioner gross receipts. This bill would eliminate all gross receipt taxes on all medical care. It was tabled in the House Taxation and Revenue Committee.

HB689: San Juan County methamphetamine treatment. $485,000 was included in the general appropriations bill singed by the governor.

HB925: Title insurance info on mineral leases. Providing that title insurance policies contain information as to the existence of mineral leases and that copies of mineral leases are provided to the purchaser. It was tabled in the House Business and Industry Committee.

HB1035: Northwest NM preventative health programs. $130,000 was included in the general appropriations bill signed by the governor.

HM48: Info to public on effect of mineral leases. Requests the Commissioner of Insurance and the Real Estate Commission to improve the discloser of mineral leases when property is sold without mineral rights.

HM57: Federal mineral lands leasing act compliance. Requests an interim committee of the Legislature to investigate the disposition of monies paid to the State by the Federal Government from mineral royalties paid on federal lands mineral leases.
